Yes, insurance is included with our rental cars. They are fully insured by a specific insurance company associated with our rental company.

In the event of car damage or an accident, there will be an access fee limited to a maximum of 10,000 THB for repairs. This fee will be deducted from the security deposit collected at the beginning of the rental.

Most rental companies in Koh Phangan provide regular “first class” insurance, which covers damages to the rental vehicle but may not cover accidents involving third parties or property damage outside the rental vehicle. Our rental company offers full rental insurance that covers both the rental vehicle and third parties involved in accidents.

The cost for each event or accident involving the car will be determined based on the actual repair expenses rather than a fixed amount. The amount charged will depend on the specific damages incurred and the necessary repairs needed to restore the car.

We offer collection and drop-off services for our rental cars at 90% of the island. However, we do not provide this service in Thong Nai Pan area. Instead, we would be happy to meet you at the pier when you arrive and take the car back from you at the pier when you leave.

There are no other fees or charges aside from the rental price and cleaning fee, as long as the car is returned in the same condition it was rented in and with a full gas tank. However, please note that any damages or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.

The fuel policy is that we provide the car with a full gas tank, and we expect it to be returned with a full gas tank. If the car is not returned with a full gas tank, the renter will be charged for the missing fuel plus a refueling fee.

Yes, there are restrictions on where you can go with the rental car. You are not allowed to leave the island unless it was previously agreed with us. Additionally, please refrain from going off-roading, visiting Bottle Beach, or Why Nam Aria, as we will not be able to rescue you if you get stuck, and the insurance will not cover any damage or accidents in those areas.

Currently, we are unable to accept payments made by debit or credit cards. We can only accept payments made by cash or through Wise.com.

On the island, there is no kilometer limitation per day.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in our rental cars. If a car is found to have a smell of smoke, an additional charge will be imposed to eliminate the smell.

Yes, we provide free child seats and boosters for our customers. Just let us know ahead of time how many and what kind of seats you need, and we will have them ready for you when you pick up your rental car.

If you get stuck with the car or experience a flat tire, please contact our roadside assistance service immediately. We will provide you with the necessary help and support to get you back on the road as soon as possible.

Yes, all our cars are automatic.

We do not have the Suzuki Vitara or Samurai in our fleet as they are no longer manufactured in Thailand, and the ones that can be found here are generally old and uninsurable. However, we do have a variety of other vehicles available for rental.

Generally, most roads on the island are in good condition and made of cement. However, privately made roads that provide access to mountain villas can be tricky to navigate due to narrow passages or steep slopes, with some recording up to a 25-degree incline.

Please be aware that a 4-wheel drive is not necessary on the island unless you plan to venture into off-limits areas. The bottom clearance of our cars is almost the same as regular cars, and even when driving on the road to Zen Beach or climbing back up, it is safe to do so as long as you take it slow. We have also removed all skates and bumper additions from our cars to prevent any issues related to bottom clearance.

Please note that in Thong Sala town, there are markings on the sidewalk that indicate where you can park. Avoid parking in areas with red and white markings, as this could result in a 1,000 THB fine. In other areas, please be respectful of locals and avoid parking in their designated parking spots or blocking their way. They may punish you in their own way, such as scratching your car or deflating your tires.
